This morning we did some teamwork with the Year 5 children. We're getting to know one another better so we can make a really effective Senior Team in 2013!We listened to Margaret Mahy's story, A Villain's Night Out. We visualised and illustrated scenes from the story and wrote character descriptions. The we worked with a buddy to write a new ending for the story.
It was lots of fun to work co-operatively on these tasks. We built friendships with people we wouldn't usually get to work with. We also got to share the narrative writing skills and sentence construction knowledge we've been working on this term!
